Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, item size, and service requirements.

For Metro Melbourne, deliveries are completed by our in-house delivery team. For Regional Victoria and other Australian capital cities, we work with trusted third-party transport partners to ensure your items arrive safely.

All deliveries are scheduled during business hours, Monday to Friday, and a signature is required on delivery unless alternative instructions are provided in advance. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm delivery details once your order is ready.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please note this at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, this may not be possible and the next suitable delivery date will be arranged.

Please note:

  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes

  • Large or heavy items require someone to be present at the delivery address

  • Delivery access requirements (stairs, narrow access, lifts, etc.) must be disclosed at the time of order

  • Additional fees may apply if delivery conditions differ from those advised

Once an order has been dispatched, any rescheduling may incur a re-delivery fee.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available for selected Metro Melbourne orders. Please select this option at checkout and our team will be in touch to confirm collection details.

Valid Australian ID and your order confirmation will be required at the time of collection.

Installation & Rubbish Removal

Installation and rubbish removal services are available in Metro Melbourne only at an additional cost. If requested at checkout, a member of our team will contact you to confirm pricing and arrange payment. Costs vary depending on the size and number of items.
