Yes, our Moorabbin showroom is direct-to-public. Please refer to showroom opening hours for more information. 

Trade Customers have complete access to our products and can contact info@mcoliving.com.au for any product enquiries. Trade Customers can visit the Moorabbin showroom by booking a phone appointment or visit our online store.

The online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. 

The Melbourne showroom accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Eftpos.  Please note a 2% surcharge applies to any credit card transaction within the Moorabbin showroom.

Pre-order items are not held in stock. They are produced or shipped as part of a planned production run and delivered once your curated pieces have been made and received.

Planning production and shipping in advance reduces container holding time and storage costs. These efficiencies allow us to offer more accessible pricing without compromising on quality, materials, or craftsmanship.

Some products display an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and may be available in as little as one week. For items without a specific ETA listed, lead times generally range between 14–26 weeks, depending on the item and production schedule.

Yes. All pieces meet the same high-quality standards, regardless of whether they are purchased in stock or via pre-order.

Click & Collect orders can be collected from our Moorabbin showroom or from our Logistics Partner in Dandenong South. Collection details will be confirmed once your order arrives.

Your forever piece is worth the wait. Pre-ordering supports a more considered production process, allowing us to prioritise quality, sustainability, and value - without sacrificing design or detail.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our products. Further details are available in our T&Cs.

An indication of minimum costs and lead times are available here. For the online store, costs are provided at the checkout and if purchasing at the Moorabbin showroom, a transportation quote will be provided when purchasing.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date however, please note your preferred delivery date on your order and our Customer Care team will endeavour to make this happen. 

We do not offer Saturday collection or deliveries. 

We can deliver interstate. The freight charge for this can be obtained once at the online check out or in our showroom when the order is finalised. The cost varies based on delivery location, weight and volume of the order.

If you would like to collect your order, please select “Free Pick Up” in the delivery field at checkout and specify your preferred collection date. We will then be in touch via email to confirm the collection date and time.

Please ensure you bring valid ID (such as an Australian driver’s licence with a matching address as per your Sales Order) and your order number or order confirmation email, which must be presented upon collection from our showroom or Logistics Partner.

All claims need to be processed and approved by M+Co Living before a refund can be given (and if deemed appropriate). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you for further instructions. The refund process will take up to 5 business days from receipt of your item(s) being returned to our warehouse.

If transit damage occurs via our nominated transport carrier and freight has been charged by M+Co Living, we will resolve the issue with the carrier.

For items collected by the customer or customer’s nominated transport carrier, the customer will need to take necessary steps to resolve the issue directly with the carrier themselves.
